Crafting Technique
Quilting
The quilting technique, used in the East since ancient times, can be carried out by hand or with small sewing machines. Skilled and patient tailors quilt by joining two layers of fabric with an inner layer of cotton of varying thickness to add body and warmth. Our fabric is one of a kind and may have slight irregularities due to artisanal craftsmanship.
