Every Fabindia Roma cotton bag starts with Indian cotton hand-printed using the block print technique: hand-carved wooden blocks are dipped in colour and pressed onto the fabric, colour by colour. The printed cotton is then paired with a light padding layer and sewn with hand-stitching, creating the quilting that gives the bag body and durability without adding weight.

The Roma Shoppers are the most spacious cotton bags in the Fabindia collection. With available patterns — including Hybiscus, Green Dream and Pink Flower — they are designed for shopping, work and everyday use. For a different format, the artisanal cotton shoppers offer an alternative with different prints and shapes.

Quilted Fabindia cotton bags should be hand-washed in cold water with a gentle soap. For localised stains, dab with a damp cloth without rubbing. Avoid machine-washing to preserve the structure of the quilting. Air-dry flat, away from direct sunlight, to maintain the block print colours. The shape restores naturally after drying.
